Restorative Nutrition Seattle, PLLC
Payment
Currently I am accepting private pay clients and folks that carry Premera or Aetna health insurance. If one of these is not your insurance then your insurance provider may be able to reimburse you for a portion of the cost of nutrition counseling. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider before beginning nutrition counseling to verify your coverage & out-of-network benefits. Regardless of your insurance coverage, I will provide a superbill at the end of each session for all of my clients. At this time I am not able to provide a sliding scale payment process, please inquire further if you are needing financial support.

A debit or credit card on file will be required to schedule appointments.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an invoice that details the services received during a nutrition counseling session. It includes information similar to an insurance claim form, such as the date of the service provided, procedure codes and a total balance due. If your insurance provider allows for out-of-network reimbursement, you as a client can then use this information to directly bill your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Why superbilling?
Superbilling allows me to open my practice to clients regardless of their insurance status or provider.
