Payment

Currently we are in-network with Premera, Aetna, First Choice Health, Lifewise, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Regence health insurance. If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider we can submit claims as out-of-network providers. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider before beginning nutrition counseling to verify your coverage & out-of-network benefits. Regardless of your insurance coverage, we will provide a superbill at the end of each session for all clients. Please inquire further if you are needing financial support.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an invoice that details the services received during a nutrition counseling session. It includes information similar to an insurance claim form, such as the date of the service provided, procedure codes and a total balance due. If your insurance provider allows for out-of-network reimbursement, you as a client can then use this information to directly bill your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Why superbilling?

Superbilling allows us to open our practice to clients regardless of their insurance status or provider.
